Why do I need to use your packaging when returning an item?Updated 9 months ago

We pack our orders in reinforced cardboard boxes with approved molds/inserts to keep orders as safe as possible while it's in transit through courier networks.

Our couriers insist that any collections of paint products that we arrange are in the original packaging as a result.

Please let us know if you are unable to package your return securely before shipping so that we can discuss alternative options with you.

We may not be able to offer a refund if an item arrives back to us in a damaged condition as a result of not being packaged correctly, or with incorrect packaging when returning it to us.

Providing that your paint was not mixed to order, you can return any unused product to us in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. This right to return does not apply to bespoke products such as mixed paint which is made to order.

Products that include 'tinted colours' as part of their name/description will be mixed to order and are non-returnable. This is highlighted within colour charts, product details, and on product pages.
