Delivery and Collection Information
Our UK delivery service is available online. All our UK online orders are shipped by a tracked express courier service - DPD or DX.
Mainland UK Delivery Charges*
Orders over £50 inc VAT - FREE
Orders below £50 inc VAT - £5.99
Orders are scheduled for a Next Working Day Service (Monday to Friday). Please note, no deliveries will be scheduled for weekends or National Bank Holidays, so please allow additional time in these circumstances.
If an order is placed before 1pm on a weekday, it will be despatched on the same day (excluding National Bank Holidays). If an order is placed shortly after 1pm on a weekday, we will try our best to despatch same day, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed after 1pm on a weekday or over a weekend will be shipped on the next working day. For example:
- An order placed after 1 pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday with an expected delivery attempt on Monday (excluding National Bank Holidays).
- An order placed after 1 pm on a Friday, over the weekend, or before 1 pm on a Monday, will dispatch on Monday with an expected delivery attempt on Tuesday (excluding National Bank Holidays).
We use a trusted, fully tracked service to ensure your order arrives swiftly and in perfect condition. You will receive an email and text message to track your order.
We cannot offer a 100% guaranteed next working/weekday delivery service. Our couriers aim to deliver over 98% of parcels on the next working day (weekday delivery only and excluding National Bank Holidays), however, this is not guaranteed, and we cannot accept liability for any work started or costs incurred because of delays/errors. We advise customers to order in plenty of time to allow for unforeseen delays as well as not to book any contractors until orders have been received and checked.
No collections or deliveries will be scheduled for National Bank Holidays, so they will be delayed. Please allow additional days in these circumstances.

Shipping Restrictions
Delivery for orders over £50 is usually free to most of the mainland UK, however, our couriers may apply an additional charge for deliveries to areas that they consider to be remote. In these instances, the additional charge will be indicated at checkout once the delivery postcode has been entered. Deliveries to these areas will also usually take a few additional days.
Additional charges and timescales apply for deliveries to the Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, and mainland areas that our couriers consider to be remote (some AB, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE postcodes).
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man. We are also currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
