All of our packaging is custom-designed to ensure the safe and secure delivery of all your online paint orders. Of course, it's not invincible and spillages can happen in transit but we've gone to great lengths to minimise this.
- All of our tins are taped before being bagged in a recyclable plastic bag
- The bagged tin is then placed into a custom fit, recyclable cardboard insert top and bottom
- The tin in its bag and inserts, is then placed in a heavy-duty, recyclable cardboard box
- The outer box is then taped up ready for labelling and shipping

Our couriers are very good, unfortunately, they can sometimes have accidents due to the nature of the products and how goods are transported within a courier network.
Dents to a paint tin are generally not something to be concerned about as they are designed to absorb this and the paint will be unaffected. Likewise, a small leak following movement or impact during transit is unlikely to affect the paint.
