We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our or our courier's control and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).
Orders are scheduled for a Next Working Day Service (Monday to Friday). Please note, no deliveries will be scheduled for weekends or National Bank Holidays, so please allow additional time in these circumstances.
If an order is placed before 1pm on a weekday, it will be despatched on the same day (excluding National Bank Holidays). If an order is placed shortly after 1pm on a weekday, we will try our best to despatch same day, however, this cannot be guaranteed.
Orders placed after 1pm on a weekday or over a weekend will be shipped on the next working day. For example:
- An order placed after 1 pm on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday with an expected delivery attempt on Monday (excluding National Bank Holidays).
- An order placed after 1 pm on a Friday, over the weekend, or before 1 pm on a Monday, will dispatch on Monday with an expected delivery attempt on Tuesday (excluding National Bank Holidays).
All orders are shipped using a tracked courier service and you will be sent tracking information when your order has been prepared as well as an estimated delivery slot on the day of delivery when the order is loaded onto the courier vehicle.
In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. Deliveries to non-mainland or areas that our courier considers to be remote may take longer and couriers may apply an additional charge for postcodes/areas that they consider to be remote.
