Priority orders received before 1 pm on weekdays will be shipped on the same day, with delivery expected on the next working day.
Standard orders will dispatch within 1-2 working days, with delivery expected on the next working day following dispatch.

We will be happy to refund any Priority shipping fees in the event of an issue or courier delay.
We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our or our courier's control and cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery Times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).
Orders are scheduled for a Next Working Day Service (Monday to Friday) once dispatched. Please note, no deliveries will be scheduled for weekends or National Bank Holidays, so please allow additional time in these circumstances.
Customers will receive an email when their order has been prepared as well as an estimated delivery slot on the day of delivery when the order is loaded onto the courier vehicle.
In case of Bank Holidays please allow extra time for delivery. Deliveries to non-mainland or areas that our courier considers to be remote may take longer and couriers may apply an additional charge for postcodes/areas that they consider to be remote.
