Where possible, we will always ship your order together and at the same time in reinforced/approved packaging via a tracked courier service.
Due to the weight of many of the products that we sell as well as differing sizes, orders may be split into several boxes to keep the contents safe. This can sometimes mean that boxes shipped together may become separated within courier networks and may not arrive together.
In some cases, we may need to ship from different locations, or boxes may become separated within courier networks which may also mean that deliveries are split.
Please check courier tracking if you have only received part of your order or contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions at all.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our or our courier's control and cannot be guaranteed.
