Tracking information will be sent as soon as an order is prepared for courier collection.
We aim to ship all orders that are received on a weekday before 1 pm on the same day using a tracked delivery service. If you placed your order after 1 pm or on a weekend/bank holiday, your tracking information may not be available until the next working day.
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.
